Offsite Backroom Team Leader

Description: As an Offsite Backroom Team Leader, you are responsible for the overall operations in the designated offsite for your store; including but not limited to instocks, data integrity, safety and compliance. Execute established offsite best practices and ensure safety and security processes are up to standards including Backroom, Equipment and Warehouse Driver certifications. Assess, recommend and retain top talent at the hourly team member level and proactively communicate staffing and scheduling needs to the HR team. Stay current on your store's financial, team and operational performance; identify the root cause of problems and take action to achieve performance goals.Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members. Able to learn and adapt to current technology needs. Able to think quickly on the spot to answer guest questions. Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance necessary. Able to lift 40 lbs. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
